HOMEOWNERS could soon be hit with a new trash collection fee for the first time in 30 years.
A newly proposed plan would see costs double to $80 as part of an expensive five-year plan.
The proposed price hike would affect unincorporated parts of Leon County, Florida, which covers Tallahassee, according to the Tallahassee Democrat.
