TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Leon County deputy shot an armed suspect while attempting to serve an eviction notice on West Tennessee Street Thursday afternoon, according to the Leon County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident transpired just after 3 p.m. in the 6400 block of West Tennessee Street, an LCSO spokesperson confirmed to WCTV.
