Florida man indicted for firearm possession by convicted felon

TALLAHASSEE, Florida — Jeremy Jovon Randolph, a 37-year-old from Jennings, Florida, has been indicted for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, according to the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida.

Randolph appeared in federal court for his arraignment before United States Magistrate Judge Martin A. Fitzpatrick in Tallahassee. A jury trial is scheduled for June 22, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. before United States District Court Judge Mark E. Walker in Tallahassee. If convicted, Randolph faces up to 15 years in prison.

The case is being investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Tallahassee Police Department, and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Eric W.
