Located at 901 S Howard Ave., SoHo restaurant Daily Eats will close on June 15 after 20 years, reported That’s So Tampa last month.
As the That’s So Tampa coverage points out, though, the news isn’t as sad as it seems. Tampa-based hospitality company Ciccio Restaurant Group has announced that they will be replacing the former restaurant with a new concept, Meeting House, described in the coverage as “a neighborhood restaurant built around lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.”
With the transformation described as a “glow-up,” a few other key points follow: many favorite dishes will be carried over onto the Meeting House menu, and many of the restaurant’s employees will be staying on too…
