TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A contractor at the center of a Better Call Behnken investigation, accused by multiple customers of collecting money and failing to complete promised work, is now facing additional criminal scrutiny.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that the owner of Sundeck Pavers, Sam Garkey, is wanted on an active arrest warrant charging him with organized fraud involving between $20,000 and $50,000.
