Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health has opened its new Wiregrass Ranch Hospital in Wesley Chapel, launching a 102-bed facility that anchors a larger medical campus planned to expand to 300 inpatient beds and 150,000 square feet of outpatient space as Pasco County’s population continues to grow.
The hospital at 3000 Wiregrass Ranch Blvd. begins operations with 102 licensed beds, including 12 intensive care beds, nine operating rooms, a 29-room emergency department and advanced cardiovascular and imaging services.
Hospital leaders said the facility was designed in partnership with physicians who will practice there, with plans to add beds and adjacent medical office and orthopedic buildings as demand increases.
