TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — An elderly Tampa couple has received a full refund after discovering the cemetery plots they purchased nearly two decades ago may already contain graves.
Sue and James Artiga bought two burial plots in 2006 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Tampa. After moving away from Tampa, the couple decided earlier this year to sell the plots and make different final arrangements.
