SEFFNER, Fla. (WFLA) — Body camera video shows the moment deputies arrested a man after witnesses reported that he was grabbing car door handles throughout a neighborhood in Seffner.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said its deputies responded to Lakewood Pointe Drive around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday after witnesses reported seeing a man attempting to open car doors.
