TAMPA, Fla. — Drivers heading east on State Road 60 near Kennedy Boulevard will encounter a new road layout that will stay in place for roughly the next year.
Under the new pattern, all four eastbound travel lanes are shifted toward the outside edge of the roadway. Road crews installed temporary pavement along the outside shoulder to handle the redirected traffic, creating a protected work zone in the center median.
