USF’s Police Department arrested 40-year-old Dwyane S. Bryant on the Tampa campus on Aug. 28 following a pursuit on foot.
USFPD was patrolling campus last month when they matched Bryant to a “BOLO” (be on the lookout) for a previous incident at Juniper Poplar Hall.
Bryant was stopped by officers near USF Beard Drive and USF Alumni Drive riding an e-scooter and dragging a wagon behind him, according to a reel posted by USFPD…
