HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A man was found with more than 26 grams of fentanyl, and over 10 grams of meth inside his vehicle during a traffic stop in Hillsborough County, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
HCSO says that its deputies conducted a traffic stop with Manuel Mustelier, 56, near N. 44th Street and E. Chelsea Street.
Mustelier agreed to a search of his vehicle, according to HCSO, and several small bags of a white crystal substance that tested positive for meth, and several bags of a yellow powder that tested positive for fentanyl, were discovered inside a black fanny pack…
