Authorities in Florida say two “Slingshot Bandits” have been arrested, bringing an end to a “multi-day vandalism spree.”
The Tampa Police Department said officers responded to North Nebraska Avenue at around 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 3 for a report that a vehicle’s rear window had been smashed.
