The Odom family is making the trip from Tampa to New York City to see the presentation by the National Down Syndrome Society. It highlights the importance of inclusion and the capabilities of individuals with special needs.

“People walking by will see the photos of people with Down Syndrome and it just shows the world how capable and able they are,” explains Brody’s mother, Ashley Odom. “Be around those individuals and you’ll see how capable and able they are and what they can contribute to society.”

Brody’s picture will be up on the big screen on Saturday. His family is helping with the Buddy Walk, an event benefiting individuals with special needs in Carrollwood on Oct. 19, 2024.
