TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — In the 12 years that James Leone and his wife have been snowbirds in Florida, he says he has never worried about bugs in his mobile home because it is treated quarterly by professionals at Arrow Environmental Services.
But this year, after he says he paid in January, no one showed up for the scheduled spraying. Instead, Leone received a letter informing him he had not paid and could be sent to collections.
“I’m fed up, very fed up,” Leone said. “I said, make sure somebody comes and I’ll show them the proof and we can resolve this issue.”…
