TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — It is a mild morning in Tampa Bay. There could be a few spotty showers in our coastal counties through the morning, with higher rain chances east of I-75 early this afternoon.
Showers will continue moving east through the rest of the day, leaving the evening mostly dry.
Temperatures will warm into the mid-80s this afternoon with humidity making it feel more like the upper 80s and low 90s.
Drier air will move for the end of the work week lowering rain chances to just a 10%. A spotty shower or two is possible but most areas will stay dry.
Rain chances will increase again over the weekend with an early rainy season pattern setting up for a few days.
Afternoon showers and storms will develop and drift toward the coast each day. Temperatures will be quite warm and feel like summer with highs in the low to mid-90s.
