TOLEDO, Ohio — The revitalization of downtown Toledo continues with the proposed development of two buildings that are more than a century old.
IBC Properties, the owners of the 117-year-old, six-story Feilbach Building in Toledo’s Warehouse District are receiving a tax credit from the state as part of the Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit Program.
