TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A vacant home on Fifth Street has become a persistent nuisance for neighbors on Fourth Street, who say the property poses safety and health hazards to their family and pets.
Ron Meadows, who lives directly behind the vacant house, said weeds about four-and-a-half feet tall are growing over the fence into his yard. He expressed concern about poisonous plants that could harm his dog.
