TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Dozens of people gathered Saturday night for a candlelight vigil and balloon release in honor of Terri’anna Hood, an 18-year-old who died from injuries suffered in a Friday night shooting, according to TPD.
The vigil was held at a relative’s home. Family and friends said they are holding onto memories of Hood while also calling for justice.
