TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The members of the Lucas County Child Protection task force met for nearly a year to find ways to strengthen the child welfare system and restore trust with the community.
The task force was formed shortly after 13-year-old Kei’Mani Latigue’s murder sent shockwaves through the surrounding Toledo community.
