TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo City Council will discuss a pair of matching legislative items at its next meeting to establish a new city income tax focused on public safety, according to the preliminary agenda released Thursday afternoon.
Both items – a resolution and ordinance – represent a single unified effort to enact a new temporary one-quarter percent municipal income tax.
