TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A man is behind bars after allegedly fatally shooting a victim and taking his vehicle, police said.
Toledo Police said officers arrested Brayon Syph, 41, for the murder of Nicolas Kuhl, 43, on Friday.
