TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police arrested a woman Wednesday for allegedly stabbing a person in the hand and tasing them during a fight earlier this month.
Cassandra Carter-Nettles, 34, is charged with one count each of felonious assault and assault for the incident on July 1.
