Porchea Jackson of Toledo sat in a lawn chair next to her daughter, Kennedy Jackson, 7, as Kennedy caught candy and watched police cars, colorful Jeep Wranglers, and Slingshots cruise along Dorr Street during a longtime tradition Saturday.
