The Monroe Street overpass and interchange reconstruction project might have as little as three weeks to go before the bridge reopens.
There’s still some significant work to do, including rebuilding the Glasgow Road intersection at the bridge’s west end and building the parapet (side) walls, safety railings, and lighting supports on the structure itself.
There’s also still some paving to do at Alexis Road and Monroe and some sidewalks and traffic islands still to be built…
