TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Residents near Smead and Lincoln contacted 13 Action News after a nearby demolition project left their cars coated, homes filled with debris and neighbors demanding action. They say they were never notified the work was about to start.
“There’s nowhere to run. You’re just getting choked out by smoking until the job is done for the rest of the day and then it’s back on tomorrow,” said Mark Chaney, who lives near the site.
