TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man says he found the rear window of his Jeep smashed early Tuesday morning and believes the same person behind a series of recent vandalism incidents along two busy city corridors is responsible.
Chuck Belcher, who lives near Dorr Street, said he came outside around 5 a.m. Tuesday to find his vehicle’s rear window destroyed by a rock, which was found in the back seat.
“There was glass all over the ground and all over the back of the Jeep,” Belcher said.
