MONCLOVA TWP., Ohio (WTVG) – A roundabout construction project at the intersection of Monclova and Waterville Monclova roads has broken ground, overlapping with the start of the school year at Monclova Primary, which sits on the corner of that intersection.
Lucas County Engineer Mike Pniewski said the project was necessary to address traffic congestion at the site.
