Fallen Timbers mall rebrands as Timbers Town Center amid $89M redevelopment

MAUMEE, Ohio (WTVG) – The Fallen Timbers shopping center is getting a new name and a new look. A development team of three firms has purchased the property and plans to begin an $89 million redevelopment project in the coming weeks.

The center will be rebranded as Timbers Town Center as part of what developers described as a full facelift intended to increase foot traffic.

New tenants and timeline

The development team has already secured commitments for new tenants.

“We have commitments for about 70,000 square feet of new tenants who will be coming to the project, and we are probably going to be making announcements on the first round of those new tenants in the next couple of weeks,” said Tim Rollins, president of the Metropolitan Companies. “We are hoping to have some of them open and operating before the end of this year.”…
