Toledo gas prices jump nearly 16 cents in a week

Following an average price-per-gallon decrease last week, Toledo’s gas prices have since risen to $3.84 on average—an increase of 15.8 cents.

Toledo’s average cost is 43 cents higher than a month ago and $1.01 higher than a year ago, according to a GasBuddy analysis. The cheapest station in Toledo was priced at $3.46 per gallon while the most expensive was $3.99—a difference of 53 cents.

Statewide, the lowest price was $3.23 per gallon and the highest was $5.59—a difference of $2.36. Nationally, the average price of gasoline is unchanged at $4.07, which is roughly 39 cents higher than a month ago and more than 93 cents per gallon higher than a year ago…
