TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The Toledo Police Department is accepting applications for the 2026 summer Safe-T-City program, a free child safety program for kids entering kindergarten.
Police officers, guest speakers and certified teachers cover topics including how to walk and bike safely, stranger awareness, school bus rules, and how to stay safe around electricity, fire and water.
