Officers stopped two all-terrain vehicles being driven illegally on city streets within minutes of beginning their patrol on a recent evening.
Such vehicles have become the focus of joint operations between the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Toledo Police Department. The combined effort focuses on high-crime areas in the city.
