MONROE — The Monroe County Museum is inviting the public to a free history program next month focused on how cemeteries helped shape modern communities.
“Gardens of Stone: The Rural Cemetery Revolution” will be presented by local historian and preservationist Jeffrey Green on Thursday, May 14th at 7 p.m. at the museum on South Monroe Street.
