TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Almost 9,000 people are without power Saturday morning in East Toledo and Oregon, according to Toledo Edison.
Officials said the cause of the power outages is unknown at this time. At last check, crews were preparing for dispatch to affected areas.
