TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man is facing criminal charges for allegedly stealing someone’s winning lottery ticket and trying to cash it in as his own, but the state intercepted the winnings for owed child support.
Court records show Blake Reynolds, 38, is facing charges of telecommunication fraud and theft. He was arrested on April 26, records say.
