TOLEDO, Ohio — The Toledo Board of Honor is scheduled to meet Thursday, May 7, to consider a proposal for a new honorary street designation in memory of 13-year-old Kei’mani Latigue and a request to remove a sign honoring Monsignor Jerome Schmit.
Board members will discuss recommending to Toledo City Council that a portion of Wilmot street be given the honorary name of Kei’mani Latigue Way.
