TOLEDO, Ohio — The historic Toledo Yacht Club could soon have a new owner. The property is set to be sold at a Lucas County sheriff’s auction next month, leaving its future unclear.
This comes after the club defaulted on a bank loan back in 2023. In total, the property owes more than $260,000 plus interest.
