TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – East Toledo residents say a man dressed in all black has been roaming their neighborhood at all hours, yanking on car door handles and getting into some vehicles.
Ring camera video shows the man dressed in all black yanking on the door handle of a red truck, trying to get inside.
“He’s done it 2 o’clock in the morning, 4 o’clock in the morning, 10 o’clock in the morning, even in the afternoon. He had a couple hours down further and everybody’s got him on ring cameras,” one resident said…
