TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Lenawee County is launching a new home repair initiative aimed at helping eligible low to moderate-income homeowners pay for critical fixes, county officials announced.
The Lenawee County Home Improvement Partnership Program is funded through a $1.5 million Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Homeowner Rehabilitation Grant awarded via the Michigan State Housing Development Authority’s (MSHDA) MI Neighborhood Program.
