Toledo to resume water shutoff program after six-year pause

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo’s Department of Public Works will resume its water shutoff program June 1, targeting customers who are behind on their bills after a six-year pause.

The program aims to prevent water service disconnection and collect past-due balances.
