Tucson food lovers can travel across Mexico in a single evening this August. America’s Best Mexican Food Festival returns to the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026. More than 30 chefs, mixologists, and cultural artisans will fill the resort’s banquet rooms and foyer spaces for the largest indoor Mexican food and culture festival in Arizona.
Organizers designed the evening as a journey through four distinct culinary regions of Mexico. Guests will move from the ranchlands of Northern Mexico to the coastal flavors of the Yucatán Peninsula. Each stop features tastings, live music, art installations, and storytelling tied to that region’s traditions.
