TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Tucson Fire Department made a swift water early this morning, August 13.
The TFD says crews responded to the area of Silverbell and Sweetwater Drive at 2:22 a.m. after an off-duty state trooper spotted a vehicle in the wash.
