LoCoco brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, specializing in industrial and land brokerage across Southern Arizona and the border markets of El Paso, Nogales, and Yuma. Most recently, he served as Vice President at a regional commercial real estate firm, where he ranked among its Top 10 Producers in 2025. Throughout his career, LoCoco has held senior roles with other respected CRE firms, building deep market knowledge and strong client relationships.
Before entering brokerage, LoCoco owned and operated LoCoco Pilkington Construction Co. in Yuma, where he developed a range of industrial and commercial projects, including municipal buildings, schools, office space, and aircraft hangars.
