TUCSON, Ariz. (April 20, 2026) — The Meet the Chefs preliminary event leading up to the 18th Annual Iron Chef Tucson competition will take place at Desert Diamond Casino’s Diamond Center in Sahuarita on Sunday, May 17, 2026. The Meet the Chefs event runs from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., to showcase their culinary talents, sample their dishes, and compete for the coveted spot in the 2026 Iron Chef Tucson competition. Please note: All Iron Chef Tucson events are 21+ only.
The evening will feature chefs from across the Tucson Metro area as they present their signature dishes to attendees and compete for the title of Meet the Chefs winner. The winner will secure a place in the 18th Annual Iron Chef Tucson, happening on July 18, 2026, where they will face off against two-time reigning Iron Chef, Anthony Dromgoole of Obon Sushi & Ramen Bar.
