TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Authorities responded to a shooting near First and Fort Lowell in Tucson on Thursday, April 23.
The Tucson Police Department said a victim was found with gunshot wounds in the 3000 block of North First Avenue. The injuries are not life-threatening.
