The largest retail transaction was the combined 11,172 square feet leased to SOAR Health and Animo Head Spa at 2001 W. Orange Grove Road, with CBRE’s David Montijo representing the landlord, SPE Desert Life MOB LLC. The largest office lease was Capstone Collegiate Communities LLC’s 1,392-square-foot lease at 845 N. Park Avenue, with CBRE’s John Ash representing the tenant and Natalie Furrier with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR representing the landlord. The largest industrial renewal was Paragon Diversity Group Inc.’s 2,398-square-foot renewal at Ajo/Evans Business Park, with Kameron Norwood and Andrew Keim of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR representing the landlord.
