Tucson city manager recommends extending STAR Village after successful pilot

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Six months after the opening of STAR Village, Tucson City Manager Tim Thomure has recommended extending the project for another year.

The recommendation follows what city officials describe as real success during the pilot program’s first half.
