OKLAHOMA – BancFirst Corporation has announced an agreement to acquire Spirit BankCorp, Inc. and Tulsa-based SpiritBank, in a deal expected to close later this year.
According to the companies, the transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. The acquisition is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2026.
