SAND SPRINGS, Okla. – The City of Sand Springs will kick off the Independence Day weekend with its annual Star-Spangled Salute celebration on Friday, July 3, featuring live entertainment, food vendors, family activities and a fireworks display at Case Community Park.
The free event begins at 5 p.m. and is expected to draw residents and visitors for an evening of patriotic festivities ahead of the Fourth of July holiday. Fireworks are scheduled to begin around 9:15 p.m.
Attendees can enjoy food trucks, local vendors, a children’s zone, inflatables and access to park amenities, including playgrounds and the Rotary Super Splash Pad. The Salvation Army will also be on-site serving traditional Independence Day favorites…
