Both elevators at Tulsa’s Hewgley Terrace stop working during planned renovation
TULSA, Okla. – Residents at Hewgley Terrace in Tulsa are without elevator service after both elevators unexpectedly stopped working during a planned modernization project, according to a statement from the Tulsa Housing Authority.
