WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. — The Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man after investigators alleged he sought to engage in sexual activity with a minor.
According to investigators, the suspect made contact with a decoy that was posing as a 15-year-old girl and arranged for a meet-up.
